| Description: | Entry Level Branch Manager oversees 1 Member Service representative at ABIA, 2 tellers at second location and 1 Float Teller.
Will oversee branch at Austin Bergstrom Intl Airport and Austin Federal Credit Union leased drive-thru. Accomplish branch objectives by supervising staff, planning and evaluating branch activities. Ensure successful coordination of daily branch operations and production. Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained, staff is well trained and strategies are developed and implemented to ensure quality standards are maintained to include quality of work and service |
| Duties: | Responsible for cash, vault, traveler’s checks, money orders, safe deposit boxes, foreign currency and other related inventory items. Ensure cash management plan is up to date for facility and adhered to.

| Qualifications: | Working knowledge of cash handling procedures, including account reconciliation and balancing. Working knowledge of credit union operations, products, and services. Strong knowledge on the issues and practices of teller operations.
Minimum of one-year management/supervisory experience. |
