| Description: | Provide superior and quality member service while adhering to United Heritage’s quality service standards, policies and procedures. Perform financial transactions for members accurately, efficiently, and in a professional manner. Exercise discretion, judgment, and initiative with each transaction while presenting a positive image of the organization. |
| Duties: | - Accept and dispense cash accurately using a teller drawer and/or CDM. - Accept and process checks accurately, provide account and credit union information to member. - Balance checks, cash and consignment items sold daily. - Responsible for competent processing of financial transactions, verifying accuracy, balancing daily and meeting security guidelines. - Cross selling and refer beneficial products and services to members and non-members. |
| Qualifications: | - High school diploma or GED equivalent. - Minimum of one year heavy cash handling. |
