A strong team leader will be responsible for implementing and supervising teller operations and customer service functions. Will coordinate, direct and assign work of the teller staff and will be cross trained to service the branch in the capacity of Financial Service Representative as needed.

| Duties: | - Must be a leader of branch operations to include staff coaching, evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed. - General training and supervision of teller staff. - Responsible for cash management of the branch and ATM - Answer teller and member questions and concerns with strong problem resolution capabilities. - Promote Credit Union growth by attaining and motivating staff to attain sales goals. - Ensure the overall smooth flow of teller line. |
| Qualifications: | - Must work in an efficient and organized manner. - Have strong knowledge of cash handling and account reconciliation processes. - Working knowledge of financial services and operations focused on teller operations. - 2 years experience in financial institution and 1-2 years people management experience is required. |
